I take your privacy seriously and will handle all personal information in line with the UK GDPR (2018) guidelines. In addition, I adhere to the confidentiality guidelines of the HCPC Standards of Proficiency (2023), BACP professional ethical standards framework (2018) and the EMCC Global Professional Practice Framework (2024).

When you contact me to engage in therapy, coaching, or supervision, I will only collect and store information that is necessary to provide safe, effective, and ethical support. This will include your contact details, all relevant health information, and brief session notes.
Your data is stored securely and confidentially, and will not be shared without your consent, unless there is a legal or safeguarding duty to do so.
I retain all client records for 7 years following your final session/contact.
You have the right to access your data, to request corrections, or raise concerns at any time. If you would like to raise any concerns about the way your data has been handled, I encourage you to informally raise this with me in the first instance. If you would then like to raise your concerns formally, you can do so via the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) where I am registered as a data controller.
