About Me
My aim is to help you find meaningful and lasting change
Over the past 17 years, I have dedicated my career to helping clients to develop, change, and grow.
Hi, I'm Chris
As a Counselling Psychologist, Coach, and Supervisor, and someone who is late-diagnosed as neurodivergent. My practice is shaped not only by years of clinical experience and training, but also by lived understanding.
In this space, you don’t have to mask to feel accepted, and your differences, sensitivities, and strengths are welcomed, respected, and held with care. Together, we can work at your pace, in a way that feels genuinely supportive and safe.
You may be wondering why I work this way. It’s because I know what it feels like to move through the world a little differently. How it feels to be disconnected, and what it is like to wonder whether you’re “too much” or “not enough,” And just how exhausting it can be to pour energy into interpreting what others seem to instinctively know.
If you’re feeling ready for change, or simply curious about whether we might be a good fit, I’d love to hear from you.
Professional Experience
I have worked in the field of therapeutic practice, coaching, clinical supervision and senior leadership for the past 17 years. In the following roles
The Head of Counselling at the University of Cambridge
The Head of Student and Staff Counselling at the University of East Anglia
Psychosocial Counsellor in Specialist Palliative Care
Counsellor in Community Addiction Services
Lecturer in Counselling
This experience has provided me with an informed perspective of the psychological, emotional, spiritual, and social challenges of life. And informed my passion for delivering personalised care, that responds to the uniqueness of each client.
